We bought some wholesale functionality type modules from BSS for a few of our websites. The modules perform as anticipated. We've required assistance on multiple occasions, and BSS has been there to help. There were some conflicts between the BSS module, Porto Theme, and Magento 2. Esther from BSS stepped in to support us and resolve the issues, even when they could've suggested we reach out to Porto Theme support. I'd definitely consider using BSS Magento 2 modules again.
